Better yet, how does that play out in the real world of taking and processing loan applications, negotiating contracts, locking loans, and all the other aspects of closing loans?
What does God really have to say about work?
The purpose of this study, the time together, and the relationships built, is to encourage us all to think and act with Christlikeness, or what some call Practicing Christianity. In addition, we'll explore what God has to say about work and why that matters!
Some of the topics we will cover in these eight weeks will be:
- Balancing Competing Time Demands
- What the Bible says about Success and Ambition
- Winning Work Habits
- Getting along with your Boss Biblically
- Standing Firm in your Faith
- Conquering Stress before it Conquers you
Due to the short time allotted for this study and the importance of time demands, we will start each study at 12pm sharp and end at 1pm sharp. If you are running late, or have to leave early, that's ok. Come when and as you can.
You are welcome to bring your lunch or The Lizard Rock Cafe is adjacent to the conference room. They accept call in orders at 512-241-3760 and their menu is available at http://www.lizardrockcafe.com/.
The conference room is reserved until 2pm if anyone wants to stay and discuss specific problems or circumstances.
