Session 2: Integrity at Work

Objectives:

1. To look at the ethical trends in our society as they are reflected in Christian and non-Christian behavior.
2. To explore the dangers of a Christian life without integrity and the loss of integrity in a Christian's life.
3. To understand and apply six biblical principles that lead to integrity.

Doug Sherman, using the ancronym H.O.N.E.S.T lays out six principles that lead to Biblical integrigy:

Honest - you do not steal or cheat (Proverbs 28:6)
Obey - all legitimate authority (Romans 13: 1,2)
No - deception (Proverbs 12:22)
Encourage - resolution of all conflicts (Matthew 6:14,15)
Sexual fidelity (1 Corinthians 6:18)
Trustworthy - faithfulness to your word (Galatians 5:22)
